You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store, or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
Once you have selected your items and have placed them in your shopping cart, you will then proceed to checkout. Here you will be required to enter your contact and payment details. You will also have the choice to have your order gift wrapped and send all or part of your order to a second address. Please note this information clearly in the order notes box, if you would also like a personal message to be written – remember to spell names correctly!
Once you submit your order a final confirmation screen will appear and your personal order number will be shown. This number relates directly to you and the order you have just placed. Please use this number for any correspondence you may have with Kidscapes.
We aim to hold all items shown on our site in stock. If for some reason we are not able to promptly dispatch your order we will contact you immediately by email or phone to advise the items estimated time of arrival. You will have the option to place the order on backorder or to choose another item. Once the product has arrived into stock will then contact you to confirm the product is to be shipped..
We accept Master and Visa cards payments through our secure web store and direct bank deposits/internet banking. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Service tax, we also reserve the right to increase prices or to introduce new prices for our products and services at any time.
We would like our customers to be satisfied with purchases they make with Moover toys nz and if you are not satisfied with your purchase we welcome your return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of the original order date as long as the following criteria are met;
Remember to include your details with your return and we will notify you as soon as we receive the product and will provide you with a credit note to be used within six months. Any courier problems, should be notified within 48 hours of delivery, by email or phone.. Any replacements are subject to stock availability. No refunds on freight charges. If you take delivery of an item and the contents are damaged or item is faulty, you should advice Kidscapes by email or phone as soon as possible and always not later than 3 days following receipt by you of the item. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act.

Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by courier the estimated time of arrival for your order once payment has been validated is 2-5 working days as this depends on location. Please allow longer for delivery to P.O. box addresses.
